End-2-End architecture & design for mobile data services
- BWS PCRF Solutions Architect
- Business Analyst/PM for Happy Bank Plus project. Interface between the business users and the system analysts (including, Data warehouse, Billing, Self-care Channels). - Integration between IN (OCS) NSN platform and new Core network. Interfacing with the vendor (Ericsson). Offered design analysis. Main focus was on PS and especially the right integration between OCS, PCEF (SASN) and PCRF (SAPC) - New Billing Project. Handled the integration phase of the new Billing project for the prepaid. Architecture of the IT integration.
- Technical lead with business requirements analysis, design of the solution (HLD), and follow-up of the development and implementation of the solution by the vendor (vendor management), for the postpaid VAS online rater. - Support of CRM activities, test activities and defect resolution. - Responsible for the customer and product database population/migration - Working directly with SDM to ensure on-time delivery of each release.
- Solution design for major mobile network operators (KPN, T-Mobile). - Customer meetings, solution design, solution development, testing and implementation for Alcatel-Lucent Prepaid platform. - Managed the transfer of maintenance activities internally (from project team to dedicated team)
