Digital transformation and IT management at the intersection of regulated industries — that's where I operate. Over the past ten-plus years I've worked across enterprise SAP (including the SAP FastTrack Program), co-founded a regulated blockchain fintech in Liechtenstein, and most recently led digitization in healthcare. The pattern is clear: I run projects where complexity, regulation and technology collide — and where real operational impact has to land, not just slideware. Over the last 18 months I've focused intensively on two things. First, deliberate AI upskilling: daily hands-on work with Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini; building my own tools with Claude Code and Google Antigravity; evaluating DSGVO-compliant enterprise LLM platforms like Langdock. Second, the digitization of processes in healthcare-related operations.

Co-founder of a regulated blockchain fintech focused on tokenization of real-world securities (equity shares of underlying SPVs) for the DACHLI market.
