Growing up in the industry and alongside our clients has been an incredible journey. I began my career at SoftwareOne in 1999 as an Inside Sales Team Leader, and over the years, I've had the privilege of holding various leadership positions across Switzerland and Singapore, including Country Leader Singapore, Country Lead Switzerland, DACH Services Lead, Regional President APAC, and Chief Revenue Officer. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to shaping SoftwareOne into a global organization with over 70 country organizations and 65,000 client relationships. Building strong client relationships and driving innovation have always been at the core of my leadership approach. I 100% identify with SoftwareOne’s values and culture. Client focus is paramount at SoftwareOne, and to me. Truly understanding our clients' needs and how they operate allows us to deliver solutions that drive their success. As the Group Chief Executive Officer, I am responsible for steering SoftwareOne towards its strategic goals and ensuring operational excellence across our global operations. In this role, I focus on driving growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining strong client relationships. Under my leadership, we initiated a cost-saving program that resulted in CHF 88 million of annualized savings.
In my role as Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Board Member, I was tasked with overseeing the company's revenue generation strategies.
