Raoul Mulheims is a co-founder of Finologee, a Luxembourg-based FinTech and RegTech company providing regulated financial institutions with SaaS platforms and APIs for banking orchestration and payments automation, end-to-end KYC lifecycle management and client onboarding, as well as compliance interfaces and regulatory reporting for access to accounts (PSD) and CEDRS for banks and PSPs. Earlier in his career, he was among the pioneers of internet projects and digital platforms in Luxembourg and later held senior executive roles in the payments sector. He co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Mpulse, specialising in mobile telecommunications payments and message routing, and of Digicash Payments, which operated the mobile payment scheme of Luxembourg banks until its acquisition by Payconiq in 2017. Headquartered in Leudelange, Luxembourg, Finologee employs a team of 35 professionals and serves more than 60 banks, insurance companies, asset servicing firms and institutional clients.
