The company (45 employees) hired me to kick-start the business and lead the team through a transition from technology innovation to add business traction. As such, I devised and implemented a new strategy, our company values, our purpose, a partner driven go-to-market approach, build the sales team in the USA, created a business structure with accountability and planning, and the results that start showing the effect of them.
