Curiosity pushed me to learn more, so I worked across different teams and processes, getting into the details and understanding how everything connects. That hands-on learning helped me build a strong base and a clear view of what it takes to make healthcare operations smooth and patient friendly. Today, I work as an Operations & Growth Lead, focused on building smooth, patient-first systems that scale well without losing quality. I believe real growth comes from strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and doing the work the right way.
