Working on Thermal Oil Heater pipe line.. Heat exchanger and three way valve project as a site supervisor. Troubleshooting on all printing(china, toushiba) , Holography, Lamination(Normechanica super simplex , Comexy SL 3, Coating Lamination & Toushiba water base) , Metalizer, Silitter(extruder, Rewinder) Bag making(Center, 3-side, 4-side seal and box pouch machine) plant Preventive maintenance, break down maintenance and corrective maintenance which is creating check listing, history card and repairing rotating, pneumatic & static equipment just like screw compreser, hydraulic system, booster pump, pneumatic (cylinders,SOV, Digital regulator), van pump, gear box, gear pump, screw pump, diaphragm pump, viscosity controller. diffusion pump, dryer, winder, unwinder, infeed, out feed, vacuum pump. Rotary pump, centrifugal pump. Drawing making on Autocad for fabricating, ducting & other machinery parts project and project. Work on nippone-160 Bunbury of rubber mixing plant re-installation. Maintaining lubrication & hydraulic system of BM-440 German plant. Work on 3 type of conveyor, batch roller with its Coupling. Mixing chamber and repairing of auto dosing carbon plant. Work on 25 Ton Fluidized bed boiler(CFB) of Hamada company from China. To maintaining of CFB dust collector, elevator Conyers,coil crusher sand filter vibrater and all rotary equipments.
