• Managing procurement of Capital and Opex expenditure for 03 manufacturing sites in Pakistan. • Managing Engineering Service Contracts to meet GSK business requirements and ensuring the relevant key performance indicators/service level is embedded within the contract and minimizing GSK’s risk. • Conducting cost effective negotiations, freight negotiations, new source identification & selection, competitive sourcing, annual contracts etc. • Ensuring Close coordination with the key stakeholders for their requirements and execution of the local and global projects. • Record monthly savings of revenue and capital expenditure and reported it to cumulative saving to ensure annual saving target. • Making yearly Price agreements with the supplier to reduce Purchase orders and lead time for order processing. • As deployment lead successfully implemented ARIBA Guided Buying for 03 Rx sites. • Working on Consolidation of spend for better pricing and quick response. • Working on SBO’s for better control and more negotiated pricing. • In order to decrease Carbon Footprints and to maximize reliance on sustainable energy solutions leading Renewable Energy projects across 03 sites.
