Appointed to work on a $25 million (USD) high profile strategic project to design a global standardized facility services delivery solution, incorporating best business processes and practices for the Facilities Management business of Global WorkPlace Solutions (GWS). Served as a Global Process Lead and change agent representing the business in the functional areas of Customer Management, Finance, Services, and Customer Entitlement.
• Develop strategic customer & other business partner relationships over the past 5 years • Instrumental in account expansion over the last 3 years creating an additional $40M/$2M in revenue/margin through projects expansion like merchandising, security enhancements and scope of work enrichment • Exceeded all contractual facility management obligations throughout the 5 year engagement • Improve current level of service agreements with service partners and customers • Identify and report cost saving opportunities of over $7M for the JCI/T-Mobile FMS account team • Recognize & define process improvements within account management & delivery team • Involved in RFP process within engineering customer to widen our service delivery model • Assisted in annual customer budget & forecast for 1,800 locations • Led the Process Improvement team for the account to identify, develop and implement any process improvements
