     Manage 4 direct reports sourcing direct and indirect functions as well as managing the shipping and receiving department.  Manage vendor selection process and manage vendor relationships throughout Asia (China, India, Malaysia, Thailand, and Cambodia) as well as handle price negotiations.  Worked with a cross functional team to reduce inventory by 60% over a 3-year period while maintaining product portfolio and achieving OTD over 90% for 2021. Price negotiation, redesign to cost and vendor consolidation were all contributing features along with a bespoke system which I created to load more accurate safety stock and re-order point values into our MRP system.  Lead a LEAN project team which created a visual KANBAN system for high run sub-assemblies. As a result, WIP was reduced by 50% on our main production line.  Maintain cross-functional relationships with QA, R&D, commercial sales, and operations to sustain and modify specifications for new and legacy product ranges.  From 2014 to 2018, 24 of 24 models of our main CMA product line were brought within 2012 target budget goals; these models ranged from 20%-46% reduction in material costs.  Quickly on-shored specific product families as a means to avoid tariffs.  Was part of the internal auditing team which was required to maintain our QMS for ISO9001:2015 certification.  Integral part of the PPAP process for certifying new products within the CMA product range.
