I solve design problems, whether that is in organizational design, mechanical design, or in several other fields. My work in the construction industry often involves unique cost saving solutions that increase job efficiency and quality. Often, I consult on construction design, and have managed a variety of construction projects. Around 25 years ago I developed a concept home which cut heating and cooling costs by over 90%, and built it as a test model house that cost the same to build as what was then a 2x4 construction. I have used those same concepts to guide my designs and concepts on every project since. Energy efficiency and energy conversion are areas where I have created very successful projects and hold several patents. These include homes of up to 15,000. sq. ft. and commercial construction. Currently I am finishing work on several additional concepts in the wind energy field that have been patented. Among them is a machine that captures wind from 360 degrees and targets it into a generator at a much lower cost than conventional windmills. My brother and I are currently building a proof of concept model of a new style CVT transmission I first conceptualized, and partnered with my brother to develop, that operates in the mid 90% efficiency range, has no wearing parts, and is unbreakable. We project that it can replace a conventional automobile transmission and impart a 40-50% increase in gas mileage, at a cost of around $300./copy. Passion for customer satisfaction in the construction industry is a plus, and I try to inject as much as is humanly possible.
Design and build extremely energy efficient building designs. Created and own several patents- Wind Diode, Magnetic Transmission. Design homes and commercial buildings that heat with internally generated heat, but cost virtually no more than standard construction. Solve problems by creating solutions.
Identifying problems that can be solved profitably by new technology and inventions. Creating those inventions, and offering support for those inventions and their applications, as well as supporting many other diverse concepts.
