Oversee sales and make deposits to the bank and order change when necessary for the business. View weekly reports on sales and customer satisfaction. Supervise the associates and make sure they are providing exceptional customer service and following the company's standards, policies and procedures. Call references for potential new associates. Attend orientations for new hires and inform them on the company policies, procedures and expectations.
