In my new role as the Corporate Production Manager I have responsibility for processing and processes in all URT plants in the country. Currently we have two plants in Janesville, WI and one each in New Hampshire, Texas and Oregon.
Managing and directing the operations of our Janesville, WI facility. We are in the business of responsibly recycling any and all TV's, CRT tubes and all other electronic devices that come our way. Having spent the majority of my career in manufacturing this business is very interesting from the aspect of breaking items down to recycle instead of building an end product as in manufacturing.
Daily management across two lines of production for the making of semi trailers. Manage and direct 11 Production Managers and 200 hourly staff. Responsible for the planning, direction and development of the salary work force to meet company goals and initiatives.
Financial planning for individuals and small businesses. Assisted with individual retirement needs, business needs and employee retirement accounts.
