I've done work recording & mixing for bands, sound for movies and video games, voice overs, podcasts, and anything else that requires working with audio. I currently work as the Customer Success Manager at Upscale Audio in La Verne California, and am continuously working on my business that specializes in everything Audio and Visual, Juggernaut Productions LLC. I am the owner of an Entertainment & Media Business Bachelor in Science. This has enriched me with the general knowledge as to how the entertainment industry works from a business and marketing sense. It has also empowered me with the social media skills that it takes to grow a marketing campaign in today's technological society. I have managed social media campaigns for many entertainment clients, as well as running the entire social media outlook for other companies. - Responsible for Social Media posting on Facebook and Twitter daily (2-3 x a day) - Editing, hosting, and sound design for our bi-weekly podcast "Wisco Goes West" - Hosting, pre-production, and assistant directing in promotional videos for clients - Contacting potential clients and building email list for business as well as building network

As the Customer Success Manager I am proficient in the procedures and policies of the company to be sure to take the best care of customers by coming up with solutions for issues that may arise. Duties including assisting the service department with troubleshooting and issuing RMA's to customers and keeping them informed throughout the returns / replacement / services processes. Working closely with both distribution and retail end to come up with solutions for warranty repairs as well as coordinating between customers and distributions to provide a great customer experience. Issuing refunds, processing exchanges, and coming up with the resources to alleviate issues that arise inside and outside the organization.
Handling everything from scheduling labor, renting equipment, selling, setting up, operating, and tearing down audio and visual needs for any events at The Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, and now Director at the Langham-Huntington Hotel in Pasadena. Starting at simple presentations, weddings, corporate retreats, parties, galas, charity events, live broadcasts, and much more. I specialize in audio but am proficient in setting up lighting, video, and communications as well. We operate events that go on for either a few hours, or a few days depending on the situation, and we offer the most extraordinary Five Star customer service while doing it.
