As a key data thought leader, I head the global, commercial data and analytics strategy and solutions, managing 450 applications used by sales and marketing personnel around the world. While interfacing with business leaders to develop solutions to business challenges, I continually scan the enterprise landscape to uncover opportunities and design new initiatives. I also lead a budget of 40+ millions of dollars and steer a 70-member team spanning 14 countries to deliver 100 projects each year. ► Currently, I am spearheading a global data and analytics transformation to drive new capabilities, standardization, and cost reduction across the enterprise. As the driving force behind a multi-year journey for a $65M transformational enterprise program for 3 Clinical business lines, I converged systems and processes across cultures to benefit the entire clinical organization of 2,500 employees and 15K clinical investigators. Delivering this initiative on time, below budget, I directed a global workforce of 400 people. ► Raising the ROI by 55% and the net present value (NPV) to $60M, I eliminated $15M in SaaS costs, championed resource sharing, and reduced enterprise risk. -- I led the strategy, roadmap, budget, and projects; standardized practices, tools, processes, and roles; and developed and deployed transformational technologies, including a suite of BPM tools. -- Also, I gained the buy-in of C-level stakeholders for millions of dollars to fund a new program roadmap.
