Responsible for managing long term industrial gas supply contracts : - Manage multi-million euros contract portfolio including two of the Group's key accounts in Belgium. - Chase new business opportunities and grow existing business. - Develop new Low Carbon Offers based on the Group's flagship Energy Transition projects being developed in the Benelux.
Program Manager of a Carbon Reduction program for the Benelux perimeter : - Developed the Energy Transition roadmap for the Benelux. - Identified business cases that reach the Group's Climate Objectives KPIs interfacing with different stakeholders (Subsidy, Public Affairs, Site Manager and experts, Engineering & Construction, Business Development, Energy Management and Operations). - Worked on flagship Carbon Capture projects and large scale electrolysers. - Contributed to subsidies applications preparation and writing (e.g. Connecting Europe Facilities, Innovation Fund, SDE++). - Supported Energy Management in defining renewable energy sourcing strategies.
Responsible for Business Controlling of the Benelux Energy Management : - Developed, optimized and piloted energy business KPI’s and strategies through detailed analysis and interaction with top management. - Elaborated and coordinated the yearly target and quarterly reforcast integrating business and energy market trends.
