Main responsibilities: Actively contribute in developing strategies in collaboration with Retail Manager to optimize profitability, develop high potential customers, promote brand awareness and capture competitive market share. Ensure operational integrity by ensuring compliance with Company’s SOP and make sure the team is completely knowledgeable and adheres to processes. Develop team members by establishing specific performance objectives and by organizing and delivering on-going training plans. Oversee annual review process for the team and set annual employee goals. Lead and support Company driven local events with the collaboration of Marketing team. Maintain awareness of market trends and competition and share recommendations with line manager

Main responsibilities: • In constant search for good deals apartments across Lebanese territory, refurbish apartments and list back in market place and hence create profit in reselling • Work with architects, contractors and suppliers for cost effective refurbishment of apartments • Conduct regular market visits to explore new business opportunities and keep track of new real estate listings • Conduct property presentations and guided tours for potential buyers and agents • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration • Prepare documents such as contracts, purchase agreements and closing statements • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
