I work at the intersection of organizational processes, enterprise systems (ERP), robotic process automation (RPA), business process management (BPM), and artificial intelligence (AI), helping leadership teams translate strategy into measurable efficiency and accountable decision-making. In 2019, I founded ISnnovation Group to deliver a 360° organizational approach—from core operations and finance to human resources, compliance, and risk management—integrating ERP, RPA, BPM, and AI into practical, scalable transformation programs with clear ownership, metrics, and change management. We create impact by combining global technology partners (such as IBM) with tailor-made, organization-specific solutions, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability with the flexibility to address each organization’s unique structure, culture, and regulatory context. My perspective is shaped by board-level and public-sector leadership, including serving as Former Director General of Israel’s Ministry of Science & Technology and as Former Board Chair of a public company, with a strong focus on risk governance, capital allocation, and long-term value creation. Today, my focus is on building operating models where AI supports execution, BPM ensures control and traceability, and leadership retains decision ownership in environments of uncertainty and rapid technological change.

Together with a team of experts in their fields and AI power- this private company will provide solutions in agri-tech, healthtech, smart cities, industry 4.0,water and energy, food-tech and more.
The company has three areas of activity, a. initiation, planning, construction, marketing and sale of residential apartments and commercial areas. b. yielding real estate properties and c. contracting. The Company initiated, built and delivered thousands of apartments, tens of thousand meters of commercial areas of public buildings throughout the country.
