Creating user personas, user flows, information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes. Designing conversation-based interactions for chatbots. Supporting pre-sales to generate leads.
Designing and implementing web solutions for businesses in different industries (such as Tech, Automotive, L&D, and eCommerce). Conducting user research and workshops for companies to help them better understand their target audience and make data-driven decisions.
