Moving to a foreign country (even as a child) is a hard endeavor that requires strength, a thick skin and an open mind (beside many others). I experienced this as a child and it has helped me understand where I want to go and where I do not. It has also helped me build my view of life: to develop and optimize any aspect in life (and business) it is important to see the big picture and not only my small horizon. This is the way I approach all tasks: look at the whole and involve everyone, independent of department borders. My goal is to lead by example and to get more and more people to see and consider the big picture.
