- Currently I am working in a project for the integration of a price optimization solution tool with the reservation system of the leading coach company in Spain. - Also we developed a system that provide more flexibility to the fare system, it is recalculating the price dynamically at the moment of the sale based in factors as occupation, channel, the difference time between the sale of the ticket and the departure of the bus, among others.
- Working as ARE (Advance Resolution Engineer) within Component Tools for EBS in EMEA: Descriptive and Key Flexfields; Concurrent Managers; Alert; Printers and Drivers; Reports; PASTA; Audit; BI Publisher (EBS embedded and standalone); System Administration; PCP (Parallel Concurrent Processing). - Involved in Diagnostics Tool Project for EBS as Script Designer for Flexfields, Concurrent Managers, GSM and Alert. - Participate in webcast support for customers in Concurrent Managers Training. - Working in OSS in Chile in 2008 and 2011 as trainer in Component Tools, still making as coacher for chilean team.
- Working as a part of EBusiness Suite Technical group in Oracle Support Services (OSS) in Spain. Supported modules for EBS: Descriptive and Key Flexfields, Concurrent Managers, Workflow, Alert, Applications Install and Upgrade, Technology Stack (Forms, Reports, IAS, OAS), MRC and EURO, 2YK, Translations, Printers and Drivers. - Working in 2001 for three months in OSS in Orlando involved in all the issues within AOL Sysadmin Group for LATAM customers.
