• Act as a consultant in the architecture and development of integrated solutions for VTEX strategic customers and partners; • Responsible for managing and achieving the KPI’s promoted for project success; • Preparing the technical teams of the client / partner, generating the knowledge necessary to build the solutions; • Expert in VTEX IO based solutions; • In-depth knowledge of VTEX integration protocols; • Guide the customer and partner to develop the best solution for the challenge; • Proactively manage project communications to ensure satisfaction; • Create and publish detailed project documentation; • Identify risks, threats or opportunities that impact the project’s success, notifying the team and proposing solutions when appropriate.
