About

The Stewardship of the Strata With 30 years as a Professional Geologist (P.Geo.) and former SVP in international mining, I have spent my career navigating the massive scale of corporate extraction. Today, I am leveraging that expertise to dismantle the status quo. I bridge the gap between complex geological strata and the communities that serve as their traditional custodians. My Mission Geological Sovereignty True sovereignty is not found in massive industrial basins that demand corporate destruction. It is found in the surgical recovery of "orphaned" deposits—small, shallow pockets of 10 to 50 acres that are completely unamenable to massive machinery. Through the National Resource Literacy Initiative (NRLI), I empower Indigenous Peoples and local communities to identify, validate, and manage their own subterranean assets. Core Technical Expertise Surgical Resource Recovery (RRR) I specialize in moving away from the "gutting" of mountains. My work focuses on predictive, desktop-first analytics and Rotational Resource Recovery (RRR) cells—backfilling as we harvest to ensure the land is left more stable and empowered than we found it. Strategic Mineral Mapping My focus is on high-tech transition minerals: Potash in Saskatchewan, Clay-hosted Lithium in the American Southwest, Manganese in the Australian outback, and Silicon/Quartz in the Appalachian corridor. Policy & Sovereignty Architecture I design frameworks that align projects with National Security mandates (like Project Vault) while ensuring Indigenous Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) and Native Title co-management. Why NRLI? The global supply chain is vulnerable because we have walked over our own resilience for too long. By turning the industrial giant’s biggest "flaw" (small volume) into the community’s greatest "asset" (manageability and rapid restoration), I help turn passive observers into Primary Producers of their own economic stability. "The rocks don't lie, even when the men who own them do. It is time we start listening to what the earth—and its custodians—are telling us."

As the founder of NRLI, I architect the "Stewardship of the Strata" by transforming fragmented mineral data into actionable geological sovereignty. I lead the development of "Surgical Resource Recovery" models, enabling rural and Indigenous communities to validate and manage their subterranean assets independently. My focus is on bridging the gap between high-tech supply chain demands and grassroots resource equity, ensuring mineral harvesting is performed at a human scale. We shift the paradigm from mass-extraction dependency to community-led, data-driven stewardship of the earth's crust.

In the Philippines. Providing high-level strategic consulting and technical validation for international gold and mineral exploration assets, with a core focus on sustainable project generation, asset governance, and risk mitigation for emerging startups and mid-tier producers. Core Strategic Mandates: Technical Asset Validation: Bridging the gap between complex geological data and large-scale industrial execution. I advise emerging mining startups on porphyry copper-gold systems, primary processing optimization, and metallurgical beneficiation strategies to de-risk exploration portfolios before major capital allocation. Socio-Regulatory Engineering: Designing sophisticated frameworks to align heavy industrial extraction with multi-layered public policy. I advise clients on navigating diverse statutory frameworks, regional land-use designations, and localized municipal zoning laws across international jurisdictions. Social License to Operate (SLO): Directing public relations and corporate communications strategies to manage complex civil society and media networks. I specialize in building transparent stakeholder alignment to secure the vital Social License to Operate, shielding institutional capital from regulatory friction and geopolitical risk. Corporate Governance & Project Generation: Partnering with executive boards to engineer sustainable, low-risk project generation models, transforming raw scientific exploration into bankable, compliance-ready resource assets.
