*Supports 3 Sites; (RTC, Lancaster, Desoto) *Provides coaching, leadership, and support to managers and employees regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, questions, and concerns. *Leads and manages all employment practices which include recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, orientation, professional development of employees, promotions, transfers, terminations, and temporary agency utilization if needed. *Administers various human resource policies for distribution site including the administration of attendance and disciplinary policies ensuring consistency within a location. *Acts as an employee advocate and mediator with employee relations concerns and handles human resources issues as required when applicable. *Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducts investigations; maintains records, represents the organization by leading with integrity *Participates in employee disciplinary and/or counseling issues with supervision as necessary; reviews disciplinary documentation as needed *Manages performance review process and ensures employee training is inclusive of any competency development plan *Administers employee benefits and payroll programs and coordinates with corporate as necessary; to answer employees’ questions *Recruits salaried drivers and 3rd party owner/operator contractors *Ensures onboarding and orientation is effective *Follows-up as necessary with hourly drivers 30/ 60 / 90 days *Utilizes excellent communication and interpersonal skills; successfully establish and maintains professional relationships and work effectively with all levels of management and employees *Maintains positive employee relations in general *Actively participates in safety programs / OSHA *Performs additional duties as needed

•Multi-Site Experience - 3 locations •Manages the talent acquisition process by ensuring consistent recruiting and placement practices while determining position requirements (licensure, experience, skills, and education) in accordance to business needs • Manages and maintains employee records and applicable HR documentation while maintaining compliance • Contacts applicant references and performs background screenings as required by the company • Manages and organizes onboarding process, new hire employee orientation and training program in support and coordination with corporate benefits director • Manages leave of absence process in compliance with state and federal regulations • Manages key metric data collection (exit interviews, days to fill positions, costs per hire, turnover) for process improvement utilization) • Employee relations advocate: Leads investigations, addresses and resolves employee concerns promptly, in collaboration with Corporate HRD and VP of human capital when applicable and necessary • Manages employee engagement committee • Manages knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions • Responsible for employee coaching and training on topics including: interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance evaluations, safety and compliance • Manages payroll to ensure timely entry • Effectively manages 1 HR Generalist • Manages Worker’s Comp • Works closely with Corporate Human Resources Director, Regional Human Resources Directors and VP of Human Resources regarding HR strategies, HR processes, HR implementations, Progressive Discipline, and Employee Terminations to determine an appropriate resolution • Conducts Leadership Training with Directors of each department

Interacts with inmates on a daily basis. Offers counseling, life skills classes & therapy suggestions to help convicts with violent outbursts, anger issues, &/or drug & alcohol abuse. Assists clients with educational opportunities, acquiring job skills, & making the transition to life outside of prison.
