The school is run by a Pastor because the school is affiliated with a church. The Schneller name is very well known in Germany because originally it was an endeavor to salvage orphans ad take care of their well being and education. Due to the fact that the school was established on a vast terrain, and because people from Switzerland and Germany have an immense interest in our operations, they build some sort of motel and they called it it Guest House. Now the Guest House provides accommodation for those who come and visit,, in addition to providing three meals a day. My task was to convert this building to some sort of hostel or motel. I was given the responsibility of running the place and keep it in line with the best hospitality service and character keeping in mind that I was working with a minimal budget.
