- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and headcount tracking for Game Studios, Technology R&D, and Supply Chain using SAP BPC - Oversee project financial management for thousands of game development projects, including forecasting, actuals tracking, and reporting using Clarity PPM and SAP datasets - Act as Finance Lead for new game software projects, completing project request forms and supporting capitalization decisions - Perform ROI analysis and complete Capital Commitment Requests for new initiatives - Manage monthly capitalization control processes and support audit requirements - Develop Power BI dashboards for labor cost tracking and project reporting
• Assist the SVP & CFO and VP of FP&A in the development of the operational and capital budgets, monthly financial analysis and adhoc analyses for operations departments. • Provide analyses for all divisions (Casino, Hotel, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Other Income, Advertising and G&A). • Provide statistical and analytical support in the development, implementation and evaluation of all operations departments programs. • Prepare various weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual projects for operations departments. • Establish a database of relevant financial information for use in projections and forecasts. • Provide return on investment (ROI) analysis for any new investment project.
• Responsible for graphic development and data production for recurring branded marketing materials such as newsletters and presentations • Prepare attribution reports using FactSet Portfolio Analysis, to determine winning strategies • Develop and produce periodic company reports and ad hoc data requests designed for internal business partners, analyst teams, and external-facing clients. • Lead development and implementation of strategic marketing campaign across radio and video outlets • Manage content on digital platforms, including website and LinkedIn • Manage CRM and execute all digital e-mail marketing campaigns • Export CRM data to produce monthly reports analyzing internal sales team activity • Lead and oversaw data migration and clean up for new team members moving between CRM platforms • Touchpoint for third-party public relations team and marketing vendors. • Data management and production of materials for distribution amongst investment product research platforms • Support Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) investment writing for prospective and current clients to drive acquisitions. • Manage continuous improvement for marketing and reporting processes to ensure quality output, best practices and help drive client engagement • Work with marketing team leaders to produce detailed competitor analysis to assist with capital raising efforts • Analyze peer performance and risk profile, using the eVestment platform to derive value, strengths, and weaknesses of competitors • Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to research and create investment examples, market valuations, and other investment analysis slides
