1- Reviewing the drawings and check the compatibility between the architectural structural and MEP drawings along with the project specifications, since all details must be taken into consideration before the execution and casting the concrete. 2- Inspect the site works and check on the compatibility between the drawings and construction site. I also had to inspect the construction of structural members (columns, beams, foundations, slabs ... etc). For example, the verticality of columns, the size of the structural member, the reinforcement if it is reinforced concrete member, the erection of steel members...etc, before consultant inspection. 3- Supervise and coordinate the (Block, Plaster ,Gypsum, Waterproofing, Marble, Joinery, painting, wallpaper & ceramic tiling work). 4- Study the drawings and supervise the subcontractor or the company’s work, Force for the executed of work. 5- Organizing site activities. 6- Material calculation, request and arrangements. 7- Oversee all the works regarding to structural and architectural works. 8- Coordination with the designer for any instruction or changes in the drawings. 9- Conducts site inspections and coordination with the mechanical and electrical works as required. 10- Submit daily report and daily productivity to PM. 11- Maintain progress of the above mentioned activities keeping the required quality.
