In my role as an Optical Engineer at KLA, I specialized in tolerance analysis and optimization of complex optical systems using ZEMAX. I also developed Spectroscopic Ellipsometer models using Polarization ray tracing and Physical optics propagation, contributing to accurate measurements. Additionally, I planned and constructed optical setups in a clean room optics lab to ensure quality control for semiconductor industry applications.
