Repositioning of an office building in the outskirts of Lisbon
• Implicated in the development of a CHF 2mn Padel club project in Switzerland, working with the architect, the project owner, the supplier and the construction company to obtain the building permit. • Established the Investment Memorandum and the proposition provided to a RE Fund owning the plot. • Constructed an operation business plan considering multiple scenarios and a construction business plan.
• Collaborated in the successful transaction process of a hotel project in German part of Switzerland. Developed the Investment Proposal submitted to the investment committee of a RE Fund. • Participated in the feasibility studies for 2 hotels development projects in a prime Swiss ski resort. • Engaged in the project development of a 5-star hotel in a prime Swiss ski resort. Assisted in the construction company selection process, which led to a construction contract signed.

• Developed comprehensive financial plans for 3 potential new development projects in the Lisbon area. • Conducted an in-depth study for the repositioning of a +3200 sqm future development. Conceptualized a new 133-units co-living residence as a response. • Charged to take care of the French and Swiss clients for a project of 518 apartments (responded to leads, established relationships with the clients up to the eventual signature of the CPCV, showroom visits,)
