Trades Involved: Earthwork, Utilities, Pavement, Concrete, MEP, Framing, Masonry, Roofing, Finishes and Landscaping. Complete structural design of commercial and residential buildings and high rise towers over 500 M $, seismic evaluation, coordination with all trades, supervision of design engineers and draftsmen, design consulting, preparation of concept reports, proposals, feasibility studies, bill of quantities, method of measurements, specifications, calculation notes, answering request for information (RFI), verification of the contractor’s shop drawings and site visits.
