As the Director of Engineering at Getir, a leading online delivery platform, I oversee the engineering culture, quality metrics, and innovation practices of the GetirFood division. I have 15+ years of experience in software design, development, and integration, with a strong background in Microsoft and cloud technologies. I lead and mentor 40+ engineers from different disciplines and manage 3 cross-functional squads that focus on performance, promotions, and customer satisfaction. I also contribute to the department management as a member of the leadership team, supporting organizational changes and team setup. I lead cross-functional engineering teams across three verticals at Getir: GetirFood, GetirLocals, and Getir WaterMarketplace.
