Business Analysis and Strategy: This role entails understanding the consumer trends across geographies and deployment models of payment systems and develop the optimum strategies to ensure high service levels and revenue realization 1. Build and optimize analytical models to enhance transactions uptake and increase revenue a. Deployment feedback to ensure the best ‘characteristics’ from a site location perspective b. Ensure highlighting of chronic problematic units and redeploy if necessary to ensure profitability 2. Assess account level profitability (completed for 3 large public sector banks and 2 large New Private Sector banks) for advising senior management pricing and revenue realization channels 3. Develop thought leadership reports and white papers indicating the trends in the payment systems industry and probable inflection points with impact analysis on current and future business Special Projects and Accomplishments: 1. White Labelled ATMs – Indicash (India’s first WLA) a.Executed global industry analysis and explored potential revenue streams – 1st study presented to TCL Board of Directors b.Developed revenue side business case for WLA – approved by TCL Board of Directors leading to 1st RBI license for WLA c.Designed Go-to-Market Strategy with brand positioning and deployment plan – used as launch template in June 2013 2. Analytics / Financial Modelling a. Designed Transaction forecast modelling - leading to order books of Rs. 1500 cr + over7 years for MoF RFP b. Developed cash forecasting model for 4000+ ATM Pvt Bank portfolio – successful Beta test for sample 500 ATMs c. Developed Transaction forecasting model for MoF POS RFP involving possible bid for deployment of 2mn terminals of nationalized banks
