I sit at the intersection of human stories and machine-scale data, translating billions of social signals into strategies that move brands. Over 10 years across Apple, Microsoft, and Sprinklr, I've built listening frameworks from scratch, architected global taxonomy systems, and helped teams understand not just what consumers are saying but why it matters and what to do next. At Apple, I've been the insights voice behind flagship products: iPad, Vision Pro, Beats, HomePod, and Apple Services (Music, Podcasts, Fintess+, etc). I've designed governance structures, led influencer analysis programs, and built Apple's AppleCare Digital Command Center from concept to stakeholder approval. My work spans 20+ markets, multilingual analysis, and high-stakes product moments like WWDC and Product Launches. Currently, I'm deepening my AI and data science capabilities through a Post Graduate Program at UT Austin, adding Generative AI for Text Analysis, Predictive Modelling, AI Agents, and Python to a strong foundation in social intelligence. Job Description •Understand and relate to brands and their social language. •Monitor and moderate social channels of clients for social properties, spam posts, inappropriate content and other sensitive messages. •Monitor the community conversation and escalate/route content according to predefined workflows to appropriate teams for further action. •Analysis and reporting of client’s social activities and engagement. •Conduct extensive research to build the clients social audience profile database. •Work in tandem with clients on their campaign engagement. •Successfully completed the Engagement Specialist Program. •Sentiment Tuning for Large Data Content of clients. *Clients worked with include Apple(USA), T-Mobile(USA), M.A.C.
