Software engineering student focused on building real-world applications with deep learning. Currently developing TİD, a Turkish Sign Language recognition system achieving ~95% accuracy on the AUTSL validation set, outperforming the SignSpeak baseline (65.18%) by ~30 percentage points using a custom multi-scale GCN architecture. Seeing the model go from struggling with noisy data to recognizing signs reliably has been one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I work mainly with Python and PyTorch, and have been building with MediaPipe and Node.js in end-to-end systems. Certified in Machine Learning (freeCodeCamp) and Semiconductor Fundamentals (TSMC Cloud Academy). Before moving into tech, I worked in operations and PR within a five-star hospitality environment at The Peninsula Istanbul, where I gained hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations and understanding how systems impact real users.
