Responsibilities : • Forming and developing the product range for the underwear and accessories collection for the Planning Market Central Europe (approx. 700 shops across Germany, Holland, Austria & Slovenia) with the Design and Buying Office in Stockholm, Sweden. • Forecast and control of the articles, pricing, quantities, colors and incoming (follow up on the quality problems). • Sales: analysis, follow up, activities, reduction sale strategies and their different costs. • Control of the merchandise flow from the distribution center to the shops and customer. • Control of the stock levels in the shops. • Presenting the collections to the merchandisers in the different countries of the planning market. • Shop visits with the merchandiser on how the shops should look. • Synchronization of the advertising and marketing plan for all countries in the planning market. • Recruitment and training of merchandisers and product managers global.
