Program Manager, Key Responsibilities & Activities * Set-up of program plan for Design and Delivery phase of the project * Set-up of the Governance structure incl. Business Program Organisation and Steering committee * Supplier contracting and Supplier management * Direction and Support of the Business organization within the project * Manage and coordinate portfolio of projects (initiate new and close finished) within the ERP Renewal program * Manage and direct all support resources and functional leads within the programm * Day to day management of the Program and reporting * Program Scope: SAP ECC, SF, Infor to SAP4/Hana and SAP SuccesFactors incl. reporting and interfaces
Portfolio Manager Key responsibilities & activities: * Define Portfolio Management guide lines * Set up and implement the Project Portfolio Governance structure and its processes * Assess and advice of the customer organization on the approach and management of the projects Program manager: * Manage a Cloud Migration Project * Management of the Contracted Supplier * Management and direction of the Customer organization in the Organizational Change Process * Prepare and deliver the business case including project approach to the Exec Board for the ERP Renewal Program
