In the role of Lead Process Engineer for Fluor delivering turn-around safety and value improvement for multiple projects in an oil refinery. The main responsibilities within the process department were: discussions with the client regarding certain design and safety aspects of the plants, taking design decisions in different steps of the projects, developing process flowsheets and participating to PEFS reviews, performing the heat and material balances/process simulations for several units, performing hydraulic, equipment and safety relief calculations, source analysis, providing input and support for the other departments. Support for the project detailed execution.

Involved in preparation on Technical proposals to the client (SuperClaus® / EuroClaus®). Process Engineering activities in revamp projects. Calculations and specifications of process equipment. Preparation of process descriptions and user manuals.
