Many years experience as a successful office agent in the Rome market, with leading corporate occupiers focused on tenant representation. While at Cushman & Wakefield, I was also seconded to one of the firm's biggest clients, Lucent Technologies, based in Amsterdam and with responsibility for all portfolio movements across the European estate. I also completed a secondment to British Airways, based within the real estate team at Waterside. I was responsible for the firm's network of associate and independent offices in Europe and during this time oversaw the acquisition of the firm's operation in Moscow and greatly enhanced cashflow by referral throughout the network. I also led the restructuring of the network from a loose association to an affiliate relationship, including a subscription fee payable to the firm, and the use of the Cushman & Wakefield brand by affiliate offices. I am an English national with good levels of spoken Italian and Russian.
