Contact person for several commercial and controlling issues at the interface IT to dedicated Business Unit with following major tasks: • Execution of mid term planning (MTP) and forecast 1 -4 (FC) • Analysis of IT-cost structures and business processes • Identification of cost drivers • Implementation and tracking of cost saving projects and measures • Ensurance of budgets adherence for OPEX and CAPEX • Deviation analysis for IT-services and IT-projects • Preparation and presentation of conclusive analysis to increase (cost) transparency and facilitate management decisions • Regular alignment with management • Benchmarking within Cluster • Projectcontrolling / Projektwork • Interface to commercial departments within Business Unit
• Commercial preparation of IT Frame contracts (BLA) for Cluster Nordic and UK • Coordination of yearly enhancement budgets within E.ON group • Maintenance of contracts within SAP SD • Steering of collaboration between the process partners within BLA process • Support of Local IT Demand Management (former CIO) within commercial issues • Project work / special tasks, e.g. - CommIT project (commercial process within IT; role: project staff) - Training of CS order process / E2E IT Ordermgmt.
