Experience / Responsibilities Managing Director and Head of Structured Capital Markets, responsible for the build-up and expansion of the Central and Eastern European as well as South-Eastern European platform. Key responsibilities include: • Origination, structuring and sales of tailor-made structured capital market solutions, as well as distribution of proprietary standard products originating from North America • Coverage of HNW and UHNW private clients, as well as funds and wealth management institutions across the region • Development of regional client relationships and distribution partnerships, both locally and cross-border • Coordination across structuring, legal, risk, execution and treasury functions • Contribution to product strategy and regional growth initiatives

Responsible for: -building up an international financial system in Luxembourg, the USA, Switzerland, Spain, Argentina, Uruguay, incl. IFRS - legal advice internally and externally as well as contact person for our legal advisors - support in the structuring of corresponding international mandates - IR and communication - Preparation for market entries in new jurisdictions and many other activities with a really fantastic team around the world
Establishment and implementation of a finance, accounting, controlling, cash management and reporting structure as well as optimization of the corporate structure of the Germany Holding (legal, tax, HR, finance). This also includes the responsibility for the implementation of the required KPI's to manage the growth of the portfolio companies (IT/education) in Germany which are constantly expanded through acquisitions. Hereby participation in acquisitions and due diligence, with focus on finance, legal, HR, risk management and tax. Group data: more than 800 employees in Germany with a turnover of more than 44 Mio Euro and a positive Group EBITDA.
