In most business operations, the details of what is needed differ but the fundamentals are the same: observe the situation, plan for what is needed, decide on the best plan, and act upon your findings. As a leader, I believe in rational decisions based on metrics but I temper those decisions based on the needs, input, and experience of my team. Planning is nothing without execution and I feel strong responsibility for both. As for my skills, I am an accomplished, confident speaker that is comfortable in large groups or a one-on-one setting. These experiences range from teaching courses of 20+ students, leading task-oriented groups as large as 100 people and briefing groups of C-suite executives. Over the years, I've been exposed to a wide range of software and hardware. I'm a proficient daily user of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, and Visio. I use Microsoft Project well in a waterfall capacity and have used Microsoft TFS in an Agile capacity. I have familiarity with OnBase and SunGard RRI Formworks 5.0. In addition, I am certified in Epic's 2014 versions of OpTime, Anesthesia, and Reporting. If your operation is seeking a dynamic, creative thinker who relishes original challenges, you've found one. Contact me with your company's challenges and let's turn them into successes together.
