• Account and partner management, customer engagement, project management, P&L management, ROI, revenue generation, upsells, manage pipelines, drive quote to order process, renewals, contracts. • Collaborate and advance trusting relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders. • Monthly, quarterly, governance, and E-PMO steering committee meetings, quantifying budgets, and cost/expenditure. • Primary escalation point, facilitate changes and issue resolution, drive delivery management. • Accountable to drive and enhance net promoter score (NPS), ensuring customer loyalty and long-term continuity. • Manage IT modernization and system integration projects with budgets ranging from 500k to 20M. • Planning resources, assemble and lead project teams, time and budget management, track deliverables, manage issues and risks, monitor progress, quality and satisfaction, reporting, and documentation.
• Finance business partner, project manager, credit manager, supporting APAC finance operations. • Mentoring the finance operations account engagement team based in APAC (10 countries). • Lead IT functional, process improvement projects and implementations for APAC. • Monthly, quarterly, financial, management, and SLA reporting to corporate management. • Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, profit, and loss, income & expenditure) and determine key financial ratios. • Reviewing & forecasting collections, credit losses, reserve requirements & customer satisfaction assessments by country, customers, accounts.
