- Successfully built the entire deputyship from scratch including its 5 year strategy, operating model, policies & procedures, manpower plan, onboarding of 45+ employees, annual budgeting, and technology transformation. - Promoted the ministry to be the benchmark of governance practices in the public sector, transferred the knowledge to 11 government entities. - Led the governance services and strategic advisory to the ministry, its 11 commissions, and 6 other different affiliated entities.
- Fostered the full cycle support to the 11 commissions CEO’s to approve their strategies from the boards. - Pushed the process of updating National Culture Strategy Refresh NCS 2.0 to re-visit the ministry’s role towards a successful cultural ecosystem.
- Achieved phase. 1 of the project including the market research, transportation analysis, infra and environmental impact studies, feasibility study, 5 M sqm vision master plan, branding and identity. - Effectively managed the first master plan design competition with top 7 global architectural firms, and 3 high profile jury members. - Presented the project progress update twice to HRH the Crown Prince Chairman of PIF Board.
- Worked closely and in alignment with key internal stakeholders including HE the Minister, HE Vice Minister, Deputy Ministers, Advisors to facilitate national projects execution in different fields. - Initiated the internal transformation program aiming to enhance the organizational effectiveness.
