This initiative was conducted under the supervision of a governmental entity. ● Participated in a budgeting project for one of the largest utility companies in KSA, assessing the current module to identify gaps, propose solutions, and create an optimized budgeting tool integrated across relevant stakeholders. ● Contributed to the development of a human capital vision for the year 2030 spanning 27 industrial sectors. Conducted analysis to forecast future demand and proposed strategies to ensure an adequate supply of talent.
● Worked in the Facility Management department and helped in enhancing the authority assets. ● Responsible for preparing quantity bills for required engineering work, drafting RFPs, and soliciting proposals via the Etimad platform, evaluating the technical and financial proposals provided by the contractors. ● Concluding the journey by successfully delivering the project and ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon requirements.
