As panel counsel for Delhi Development Authority for district courts and High Court I am dealing with various litigation matters pertaining to land acquisition, writ petitions against the authority pertaining to its various allotment schemes etc.
Dealing with bank's advisory and litigation work relating to recovery of loans by way of civil proceedings before District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal and NCLT.
Practising in various fora in Delhi where I am dealing with a variety of matters pertaining to property disputes, matrimonial matters, intellectual property matters, consumer matters, cases involving writ remedies, enforcement proceedings and contempt of court matters amongst others. Actively engaged in alternative dispute resolution by representing clients in arbitrations and mediation proceedings, The aforesaid work includes stratgey formation and pre-litigation drafting.
Appeared for various Ministries like Home Affairs, Information and Broadcasting, Finance in matters listed before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court pertaining to film certification, passport, citizenship, foreign contribution to NGOs, land acquisition, national security and banning of anti-national outfits among others.
