About

Resident in San Francisco Bay Area for the past 25 years, I am a passionate sales executive, entrepreneur, advisor, investor and sommelier. Today, I am a cofounder / early investor in a modern ASPM startup focused on developer productivity (BoostSecurity) and an LP/investor in a select group of early stage VC funds. I am also cofounder of iCISO.org, a non-profit focused on personal and professional growth for CISOs. From May 2020, I began assisting select early stage startups in USA and Israel to improve their GTM messaging, sales governance and business development outreach for early commercial adoption and success. I continue to advise startups in a variety of cyber security domains and disciplines. Prior to May 2020, I led global sales at Acceptto, Inc., startup specializing in passwordless authentication based on behavioral technology for modern identity access and fraud protection, which was acquired by SecureAuth in November 2021. Prior to Acceptto, I led Solebit's (Israel startup specializing in anti-malware protection) global sales and marketing prior to acquisition by Mimecast, Ltd. in August 2018. Prior to Solebit, I acted in a similar capacity for Immunio, an early-stage software security (RASP) startup, which was acquired by Trend Micro, Inc. in October 2017. Prior to Immunio, I established the Pacific Rim USA practice at Cigital, Inc. from scratch to excess of $20M++ in revenue eventually expanding the practice into Asia Pacific prior to acquisition by Synopsys, Inc. in November 2016. My background prior to Cigital spans an array of professional GRC services at PwC LLP to my roots at Oracle Corp, where I functioned in a variety of roles as a software engineer, analyst and manager across a variety of disciplines such as development, product management, security incident response and software security operations. My skills include an outstanding ability in cultivating long-term sustainable relationships, discipline and excellence in diverse problem solving and fulfillment, and a naturally spirited approach to sales and channel business development, with a focused goal of exceeding customer satisfaction for all services and solutions rendered while rapidly accelerating growth for my shareholders and colleagues. I hold MBA from Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley), and MS/BS in Computer Science and Engineering with Minors in Applied Mathematics, Sociology and Physics from RPI and Stevens Tech respectively.
