Develop & implementation of overall hiring strategy depends upon the manpower need for the organization based on business & preparing HR budget for the same. Designing CTC Breakups & other benefits as per budget, negotiating with the selected candidates and rolling out the offer. Design key MIS templates & dashboards for the Organization and maintain periodic dashboards that assist management in decision making End to end implementation of HRMS software in intrinsic coordination with the service provider in incorporating different HR modules. Real time updating Internal Database & ensuring all the MIS & dashboards are 100% accurate. Managing Recruitment MIS, Hiring Matrix, Hiring Cost, Joining MIS-pre & post joining MIS, Attrition MIS & Matrix, Employee master MIS & Matrix. Grade wise CTC & other benefits MIS, Leave Record, LOP Statement, Late Arrival, Payout Statement, Advance & Loan MIS, Resignation MIS and Confirmation MIS. Implementation HRMS system across all locations and centralization of the HR Data and streamlining the process. Structuring & designing compensation, benefits (tangible & non-tangible) and implementation & processing Responsible for End-to-End Payroll Administration- calculating the paid days, maintaining leave records, comp offs, LOP days, late comings, half days. Maintain Payroll software and study pay-out trends and history- Payout statement, LOP statement, leave records, Cost to company, deductions due to employee loan & advances. • Managing employee life-cycle; starting from recruitment till separation of an employee • Processing employee-related data and updating internal database with special emphasis to data related to new hire information and separation of employees • Team Handling • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. • Interacting with employees about employees’ benefits on FAQs, Handling employee grievances. • Overall managing payroll inputs linked to attendance & leave • Preparing and maintaining various MIS Reports like Tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports, to be sent to delivery heads and top management. • Administration of statutory compliances, handling performance management system of employees in alignment with organizational objectives. • Initiating and organizing development of executives, Aligning HR with organizational strategy • Handling industrial relations and administration of Ghusuri factory, Contract labour administration • Responsible for development, coordination and presentation of training programs for skilled employees • Vendor-management relating to administrative facilities. • Handling administration of security, housekeeping, vehicle, office-facilities of the entire estate, contract labour, canteen & pantry, guest-house & residential accommodation for staff, local & civic authorities, • Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
• Co-ordinate with selected candidate and confirm the date of joining • Complete the newly join associates joining formalities and collect all necessary documents as per company rules. • Processing the attendance of the employees with in stipulated time & ensure timely disbursement of salary & incentive. • Ensure all coverable employees gets the Permanent Insurance Card from the ESI Authorities. • Handling end to end exit process and disbursement of payment on time. • Associate File Management • Employees life cycle Management • Maintaining relationship with employees. • Handling HR portal. • Employee engagement activities
• Co-ordinate with selected candidate and confirm the date of joining. • Complete the newly join associates joining formalities and collect all necessary documents as per company rules. • Prepare the all type of letter (Offer Letter, Joining Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Separation Letter and various type of letter) between the TAT. • Ensure submission of periodical returns/claim forms under various labour laws to the respective authorities. • Circulate monthly MIS report mentioning various updates / open items. • Preparing All statutory register under various act. • Attendance preparation and finalization. • Supporting the payroll process. • Preparing all return under various act. • Daily and Monthly generation of MIS reports, analyzing the cases in Excel Sheet. • All applicable acts, New Code No. Registrations, • Ensure all coverable employees gets the Permanent Insurance Card from the ESI Authorities. • Ensure all coverable employees are registered in ESIC portal & TIC is issued within 10 days of their joining. • Ensure all statutory dues are paid within due dates. • Ensure submission of Half yearly/annual returns before the due date. • Handling Professional Tax, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages & all labour related issues.
