Construction and mining taught me how to move earth, money, and people when the world says “impossible.” How I Work: 1. People First: I’ve run 3000+ person operations. You don’t get loyalty from KPIs. You get it by showing up, listening, and backing your team when markets crash. 2. Process That Bends, Doesn’t Break: I design hope for a 2026 world — tariffs, climate shocks, resource fights. From Himalayan like mounteverest of clean-energy projects to getting grain from a farmer to a port without losing a day. 3. Technology With a Human Touch: Tech should make life easier for the guy on the ground. If it doesn’t, we don’t buy it. Why I’m Here Now: The world is short on food, energy, and trust. I connect the dots — farmers to refiners, exporters to secure buyers, capital to infrastructure that actually gets built. That’s global growth with a conscience.
