Major responsibilities handled: Preparing and ensuring complete adherence of HR annual operating plan. Recognize and analyze the training needs, prepare training calendar, arranging and conducting training programs, training feedback report and analysis. Worked on enterprise-wide employee engagement initiatives. Partners with leadership to provide insights/guidance on employee engagement Gallup Engagement Survey results. Design and execute the employee engagement framework in line with Gallup Engagement survey result. Imparted training/awareness program on Gallup Engagement. Handled high profile, highly sensitive and/or complex employee relation matters. Actively involved in the setting up and drive entire human resources process and system To led to define policy framework and implemented in line with organizational requirement and also defined performance linked bonus, sales incentive plan and retention bonus. Payroll management, separation management, HR statutory compliance (PAN India), internal and external audit, end to end responsible HRMIS, employee grievance handing, vendor management. Employee Data Management. Implemented Integrated Management System at plant level.
