Policy & Ecosystem Leadership: Formerly held core roles at NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission and Jindal Stainless. Served as Deputy General Manager at SOA’s Centre for Innovation and Incubation, leading sector-specific entrepreneurship programs. 3. Energy Transition & Clean Tech: 4+ years of deep expertise in the energy sector, climate finance, and the agri-sector. Deeply involved in India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission from its inception, supported by specialized doctoral research in Green Hydrogen and green energy inventions. 4. Global Problem Solving: Finalist at the MIT Policy Hackathon 2023. I leverage systems thinking, data-driven insights, and executive training from institutions like Harvard Business School, ISB, and IIT Mandi to develop impactful, cross-border policy solutions. The GUESSS India is the Indian Chapter of Global GUESSS Project which is jointly chaired and organised by the Swiss Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Gallen (KMU-HSG), and the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bern (IMU-U). Under the leadership of the GUESSS India aims to promote entrepreneurship research among students and contribute to national and global data-driven insights that support India’s student entrepreneurship ecosystem.
To strengthen the ecosystem towards fostering entrepreneurship. Working at the SOA University to support entrepreneurship and start-ups through innovation and incubation. Bringing technology and establishing connections between entrepreneurs and technology. Stimulating entrepreneurship through education, training, and institutional strengthening. Identify policy gaps and provide solutions. - Spearheading initiatives to strengthen grassroots entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem. - Leading incubation programs to support early-stage innovators and startups through mentoring, technical support, and funding. - Bridging the gap between academia, technology, and market access; fostering collaboration between entrepreneurs and research institutions. - Designing entrepreneurship capacity-building programs, institutional frameworks, and innovation education modules. - Contributing to state-level policy recommendations and gap assessments to enhance the ease of doing innovation in Odisha.
